Eocycle permanent magnet generators
What makes the Eocycle series of permanent magnet generators unique is the fact that they are ideally suited for direct-drive wind turbines and other renewable energy applications.
The transverse flux topology of Eocycle generators allows the creation of higher magnetic forces per unit volume. These higher magnetic forces create higher electrical power. They also result in significantly higher permissible torque values at lower rotational speeds compared with generators of similar capacity. Eocycle's transverse flux permanent magnet (TFPM) generators will consequently weigh less and take less space than equivalent power and torque permanent magnet generators using axial flux or radial flux topologies commonly available on the marketplace.
Eocycle's TFPM generators are weather-proof, totally enclosed and meet UL 1004-1 and CSA C22.2 No. 100-04 standards. They are built to ensure long term continuous operation reliably without need of costly maintenance or overhaul.
