The recent advances in material science have made possible a unique configuration for Eocycle’s high-performance generators. Permanent magnets and innovative magnetics materials made of SMC (Soft Magnetic Composite) are at the core of the generator’s unique transverse field topology.

These new composite materials allows components to be formed instead of being machined, resulting in important manufacturing savings.

The ability to control the material down to the magnetic domain has allowed us to have a compact but very active magnetic concentrator, resulting in very efficient machines.
